2 years experience in Cisco IPT and minimum 5 years experience in customer facing engineering, technical support with solid experience in implementing and supporting IPT project. Essential technical experience:
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, MPLS and VPN environments
• Cisco router & switch configuration and troubleshooting
• Cisco IPT knowledage include Callmanager/Callmanager Express/Unity/ configuration and troubleshooting
• Windows OS/Linux OS installation skills for call manager
CCNP,CCVP
